He met Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
to discuss the consequences of the attack, which
killed at least 170 people, including the British
one. India has announced a safety review after
the attacks,which accuses Pakistan-based
militants. Gordon Brown after flying to Pakistan
to hold talks with President Asif Ali Zardari. Pakistan rejects any interference, butpromised to cooperate with the Indian investigation.

Chairman Zardari has pledged to take "decisive action" against terrorists. But he also
urged India to share more information about the attack. Speeches during his surprise
visit to Afghanistan on Saturday, Gordon Brown said he also hopes to raise the issue
with Mr Zardari.

He described Pakistan region in the country, where he met with soldiers fighting with
the Taliban as the end of a chain of terror ", which can be set in Britain, where it has not
been done to tackle the threat from Al - Qaeda.

Prime Minister's visit to Afghanistan came a day after four Royal Marines were killed in
two separate bombings. Gordon Brown spoke of his "horror and disgust" at the will of the Taliban to use the 13-year-old son to deliver bombs in wheel barrows to the Marine patrol, killing three men and boys.
