Jaspal Bhatti launches 'Recession Party' because on time of the election he ever never heard the name of the Recesion so he name his party as the Recession Party said by the Jaspal Bhatti. We would also reserve 50 per cent seats for fools in Parliament if voted to power." Humorist Jaspal Bhatti's newly formed Recession Party plans to field comedians from all six Lok Sabha constituencies in Mumbai.
